Social Media Marketing has gained quite a bit of traction in recent months. It has made it easier for consumers to pass on information about companies and their products or services.
More and more businesses are beginning to understand the need to have a Social Media presence. We have talked to many business owners about what they are doing (and not doing)… and their concerns when it comes to using social media for their marketing.
Here are a few things that business owners have expressed a concern about:
- How do I get started? I have no clue where to start.
- How much time is involved? I don’t have all day to play on the computer.
- How much is it going to cost? My marketing budget is limited.
- When will I see results?
- What Social Media platform do I need to use?
This is just a small number of concerns that owners are talking about when they look at using social media to promote their business. Finding the answers to these questions through all the hype, is hard to come by.
Well business owner’s, help is here! We have listened to what you were saying to us, and we have taken the steps to help you overcome the problems that you may face in the social media arena. We understand that trying to market your business over the internet can be challenging, especially if you don’t know how or where to start.
We have developed a fun-filled workshop which is designed for the business owner. Our workshop will teach you the fundamentals of how social media can and will work for you. Upon completing our workshop you will be able to use social media the way it was designed to be used.
We are proud to announce that on Tuesday, November 16, 2010, CF Web Professionals will hold a Social Media Workshop. There will be a choice of 2 sessions – morning or afternoon. Each workshop will be 3 hours in length and each person will receive a workbook which will cover everything in the workshop – plus extras! You are encouraged to bring your laptop – however having one is not required! You will need to register early, as we will have limited power strips (WiFi is available to all).
The workshop will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn – Lakeland Airport.
